About Hannah Holding Assets Recovery
Founded to close the gap victims fall into
Between the police report that never moves and the lawyer that costs more than the loss.
Hannah Holding Assets Recovery is the dedicated recovery subsidiary of Hannah Holdings — a private investment group operating across real estate, structured income and digital assets since 2011. We spun the recovery practice out into its own subsidiary in 2016 after our own clients kept coming to us with the same story: they had been defrauded by an unregulated broker, a fake crypto platform, a romance scheme or a rogue estate agent, and no one would help them.
We took the case. Then we took the next one, and the next. Today we run a full-time recovery house with in-house blockchain forensics analysts, a licensed private-investigator arm through partner firms in the US, UK, UAE and Nigeria, and a bench of civil-recovery counsel across 42 jurisdictions. In the last calendar year alone we returned over eighty million dollars to victims of financial fraud — most of whom had been told, correctly, that "the money is gone".
We take the position that recovery is a discipline. It is not a promise. It is not a marketing pitch. It is a sequence of correct actions taken in the correct order, in the correct window, with the correct evidence bundle, to the correct decision-maker. When we agree to open a case, that is the work we do.
Only cases we can move
We turn down more cases than we accept. If tracing, jurisdiction or timing makes recovery unrealistic, we say so on the intake call and refund any consultation fee.
Fixed fee-on-success weighting
Our engagement is structured so the majority of our compensation depends on funds actually landing back in your account.
Regulated payout rails
Recovered funds are released through regulated banking and licensed VASP channels — never through personal wallets, cash pickups or unlicensed intermediaries.
A note from the founder
"Every person who reaches out to us has already lived through the worst part — the moment they realised the money was not coming back. Our job is to give them one honest read of the situation, a clear plan they can understand, and then execute it. If we can recover the funds, we will. If we cannot, we will tell you before we take a dollar. That is the whole ethos." — Hannah Adeyemi, Founder & Managing Partner
