1. Who we are
Hannah Holding Asset Recovery ("we", "us") is the asset recovery subsidiary of Hannah Holdings. We assist individuals and businesses who have lost crypto, investment, property or account assets to fraud. You can reach our data team at support@hannahholdingrecovery.com.
2. What we collect
- Account data: full name, email address, phone number, street address, city and country supplied at registration.
- Identity verification (KYC): images of a government-issued ID (front and back) and a selfie, uploaded voluntarily to progress a case.
- Case material: transaction hashes, wallet addresses, bank references, correspondence and any evidence you choose to share in the support chat.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and timestamps, recorded for security and abuse prevention.
We do not ask for and will never store seed phrases, private keys, exchange passwords or two-factor codes. Any person requesting these from you is not acting for us.
3. Why we process it
We process your data to open and manage your recovery case, verify your identity as required by anti-money-laundering obligations, communicate with you, cooperate with law enforcement or regulated counterparties where lawful, and meet our own legal and accounting duties. Our legal bases are performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, and our legitimate interest in preventing fraud.
4. Storage and retention
Account records and case files are stored on encrypted, access-controlled infrastructure. KYC documents are held in a private storage bucket that is not publicly readable; access is limited to authorised compliance staff and every view is logged. KYC images are retained for five years after a case closes, in line with standard AML record-keeping, and are then deleted. Case correspondence is retained for six years. You may request earlier deletion where no legal obligation requires us to keep the record.
5. Sharing
We share data only with: our infrastructure and email providers acting as processors under contract; regulated banks, licensed virtual asset service providers and legal counsel engaged on your case; and law enforcement or courts where we are legally compelled. We never sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
6. Your rights
Subject to your jurisdiction, you may request access to your data, correction of inaccurate records, deletion, restriction of processing, a portable copy, or withdrawal of consent. Email support@hannahholdingrecovery.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
7. Cookies
We use only strictly necessary cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in and to secure your session. We do not run advertising, profiling or cross-site tracking cookies.
8. Changes
Material changes to this policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date, and where the change affects how we handle your case data we will email registered clients directly.
