Terms of Service

By creating an account, submitting a case or otherwise using this website and client portal you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.

We provide investigative, forensic and case-management services aimed at tracing and lawfully recovering assets lost to fraud. We are not a bank, a licensed investment adviser, a law firm or a custodian, and nothing on this site is legal, tax or investment advice. We do not hack accounts, bypass platform security, or take any action that would be unlawful in the relevant jurisdiction.

Recovery outcomes depend on how funds moved, how quickly a case is reported, the cooperation of exchanges, banks and authorities, and the applicable law. We do not and cannot guarantee that any amount will be recovered, in whole or in part, or within any timeframe. Any case assessment we provide is an opinion based on the information available at the time.

Case intake and initial assessment are free. Where we take a case forward, the engagement letter sets out all fees in writing before work begins. We will never demand payment in gift cards, untraceable cash transfers, or to a personal wallet or personal bank account. Recovered funds are returned through regulated banking or licensed virtual asset channels only.

• Provide accurate, complete and truthful information and documents.
• Complete identity verification when requested.
• Do not submit another person's identity documents or a case you are not entitled to bring.
• Never share seed phrases, private keys or passwords with anyone, including anyone claiming to represent us.
• Do not use the portal to launder proceeds of crime or to pursue a fraudulent claim.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at support@hannahholdingrecovery.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, is used fraudulently, or is dormant with no active case.

The portal may link to external pages, including a wallet connection page configured by our compliance team. Those destinations are operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies. Verify the domain before entering any information, and remember that no legitimate connection flow will ever ask for your seed phrase or private key.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or losses caused by third parties, including the original fraud.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Hannah Holdings is incorporated, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. Questions: info@hannahholdingrecovery.com.
